All listed prices of individual products are listed in EUR (EUR) and include 9.5% or 22% VAT. Prices are valid from 5th of September 2022 until cancellation.


Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in the EU, for delivery to non EU addresses, please contact us on

Bank Transfer

After complited order by presing the buy button, the customer automatically receives the UPN order in .pdf, which he downloads to his computer or phone. You pay for the ordered goods according to the proforma invoice.

After your complited order by presing the buy. You pay for the ordered goods according to the proforma invoice.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days, and during the period of leave, we are entitled to renew the deadline for a maximum of 20 days.

Recipt of purchase

You will receive a purchase receipt on your e-mail, and the products will be delivered to the selected address along with the invoice upon receipt of payment to our account. In case you want additional information regarding your purchase, refer to the reference number of the order or reference found in the received purchase receipt.

When you enter the homepage, you will be shown a list of the most interesting and best-selling products from our online store. If you would like to find out more information about the product in our offer, click on the image of the product (on the first page), and then the corresponding subpage will open with a description of the product and the possibility of ordering it.


Next to each image of the product is the inscription “Add to basket“. If you want to order the product, simply click on “Add to cart“. At the moment when the product has been successfully added to the basket above, in the purple toolbar you can see “next to the basket” icon the number of selected products and also the amount of your order. If you would like to continue shopping in our online store, simply continue browsing the products and add the one you decide to buy to the basket by clicking “Add to basket“.

When you have all the desired products in the basket, click on the basket icon above in the purple toolbar and you will be shown the entire contents of the basket.

If you want to remove a certain product from the shopping cart, simply click on the “cart icon” next to the image of the ordered product that is currently still in the cart. When you remove the product, your basket will automatically update.

If you would like to order instead of one, two pieces or several pieces of a certain product, update the basket by clicking on the arrow ^ or ˅ under “Quantity” to increase or decrease the quantity. When you increase or decrease the quantity, click on “Show basket” so that the basket will be updated to the new quantity. Here you can increase and decrease the desired amount and then click on “Refresh basket” where the amount will be updated.

Once you have reviewed the entire contents of your basket, click “Checkout“.

The system will take you to the “Order Completion” page, where you will fill in the Customer Details. If you want delivery to another address, then fill in the “Deliver to another address” column. If you have a coupon code, you can enter this code at the icon with a bell and the inscription “Do you have a coupon?Enter the coupon code here.”

Choose a payment method. Payment by credit card or Bank Transfer payment.

Before completing the order, be sure to read the Business Terms and after reading them, tick “I accept the Business Terms and undertake to pay” and then click on “Completion of purchase“.

A few moments after clicking, you will receive a message in your e-mail inbox about the completed order: Your Organic Online Store Drobtinka order dated x.x.xxxx, and then, when the order is completed, you will receive another message: Your Organic Online Store Drobtinka order dated x.x.xxxx is finished.


DROBTINKA also purchases an invoice after payment within the ordered items. The invoice contains the price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before the order is made.


The buyer may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of products within 14 days of receipt of the product by written notice to the supplier and then return the product within a further period of 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase. It may, however, return the product within 14 days of receipt of the product and shall be deemed to be a withdrawal notice. Upon withdrawal from the contract, we return to the buyer all payments (paid product price and shipping charges) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written withdrawal from the purchase.

If you start using products, but change your mind, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract. We suggest that products where you find promptly upon receipt that color, size, or any of the other properties are not the same as you imagined, do not open in full, or not open them at all, as far as possible. When opening the packaging, be careful not to damage the packaging and carefully store the packaging, including all the contents that protect your product and individual accessories. This will allow your costs to be reduced whenever possible.

In the event that the returned products are damaged and in the changed amount, we will charge you the appropriate compensation, which will be assessed with the record at the time of refund. These costs or lower value of returned products will be assessed professionally within 3 days after the refund and will inform you about this within 5 days. (The indemnity will be charged at least 30% of the purchase price). Please attach a copy of the invoice and warranty card to the return.

The purchase agreement is stored at the company’s headquarters. Access to it is possible through a personal visit at the company’s headquarters.


For items in stock, the delivery of goods is up to 2-4 working days after the confirmed order. In other cases, up to 14 days, except in cases where this is specifically indicated by the status of the delivery. For products that do not exist in stock, the delivery time is up to 30 days after the order has been received. In the case of a longer delivery deadline, we will notify you by e-mail or by telephone.


On the basis of the article on the protection of personal data (OJ RS, 86/04 and 113/05), the Ecommerce Manager undertakes to permanently protect all personal data and will use them only for the purpose of fulfilling the order and the rest of the necessary communication. In no case shall the user’s data be transmitted to unauthorized or third parties. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data.

Personal data obtained from customers on the website is protected and will not be transmitted to third parties without their written consent.

The website administrator reserves the right to establish a business contact to resolve any uncertainties in the verification of information or order or to resolve any disagreements.

DROBTINKA doo, as a provider of goods and services, enables online trade in the territory of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the online dispute resolution consumer dispute platform (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers on the HERE link.

The aforementioned regulation is derived from the Law on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
