Tigernut Kasha is a mix of carefully selected ingredients for preparing a perfect tiger nut porridge. It’s main ingredient is tiger nut flour. Tiger nuts are NOT NUTS but little tubers and tastes like nuts. One of its benefits is a high content of resistant starch fiber.

As tiger nuts are not nuts, this mix for porridge is suitable for those who are nut sensitive. As none of the ingredients contains gluten it is suitable for those with intolerance on gluten.

EASY TO USE:

Mix 3 Tbsp (about 50 g) kasha with 1 dcl water or plant-based milk (warm or cold) and your porridge is done. You can add some fruit or whatever you like and prepare yourself a perfect breakfast or meal. You can add a spoon or two to your smoothie or cereals or add to prepare a delicious raw dessert.
