Raw organic Inca berries are tangy and delicious berres that you find in many tropical fruit dishes. Inca berry is the fruit of Physalis peruviana, a South American plant native to Peru and Colombia. It is also called Inca Berry or Golden Berry. This little fruit is a round, smooth berry, resembling a miniature yellow tomato.

Boasting an impressive amount of health benefits, they are high in fibre, vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds called antioxidants. Inca berries have high amounts of beta-carotene, vitamin K and vitamin C along with a little calcium.
