My Raw tigernut Granola is not baked but dehydrated instead. That is why it keeps all the enzymes, fiber, vitamins and nutritional value of the ingredients. Tiger nuts contain fiber that are good for our intestinal flora and digestion. Tiger nuts are not really nuts but tubers. It does not contain gluten and is appropriate for people with problems connected to gluten intake.
Granola Apple – Cinnamon contains organic apples with shells in which the most useful substances are stored. Apples are known to be a source of health. We also add organic cinnamon which is not only a fragrance but also has many good properties. With added lyophlizied apples this snack is even more aromatic.
